ArtBizJam – Registration for October 6 – October 10, 2024 (Sunday – Thursday)
You don’t want miss the excitement of the of the 10th annual conference! Registration is ready to hold your space!
Learn from and mingle with experienced product developers as well as have a portfolio review with one (based on availability). Meet and network with fellow artists and become a “Jammer” with fellow like-minded creatives. It’s a true learning experience of a lifetime for your business combined with great networking and friendships. ArtBizJam is designed to give you a well-rounded experience and to help your business grow with new insights.
Included in ArtBizJam:
- The full conference with speakers.
- Hotel room, either shared or single
- Breakfast and lunch – delicious and healthy meals. Your dinner will be on your own at your choice of nearby restaurants to join with fellow attendees.
- Opening night (October 6) Meet and Greet and the name badge contest. This name badge contest is a fun and popular way to meet fellow attendees.
- After dinner networking – fun evening sessions of talking and networking, playing games and socializing with fellow attendees. Possible surprises!
- Access to video of the conference to refresh your memory of all that you learn.
- Private Facebook group for attendees to get or give information, to connect and show and tell.
- Frequent Zoom meetup’s after the conference for a year so you can stay connected and network. The meetups are a popular way to learn more with specific education topics, get information when needed through networking as well as stay in touch.
- Attendees can furnish their website or online shop link to add to the ArtBizJam website on a dedicated contact page to allow others to find you. (optional)
- Optional portfolio reviews, one-on-one with a speaker (extra small fee and choice/availability based on order of sign up and payment of deposit.)
- Once you register, you will receive regular information regarding updates up through the beginning of the conference as well as lists of fellow attendee travel times so that you can share airport transportation as desired.
- Dietary restrictions – please let us know in advance of any dietary restrictions you may have.

- Shared room $1799 (two queen beds)
- Private room $2099 (one king bed)
- If you live in Richmond and do not need a room, contact Phyllis regarding offsite attendance.

We recognize that the economy is affecting everyone so have come up with 3 payment options:
- Payment of a $400 deposit with the balance due on August 31, 2023
- Payment in 3 equal payments with the last payment due on August 31, 2024
- Pay in monthly payments. (Please contact Phyllis to set this method up).

You can also send your payment direct from Venmo to phyllis-dobbs or from PayPal to phyllismdobbs@gmail.com. If you want to pay by credit card and not use one of these payment portals with your credit card, let us know to invoice you for direct credit card payment.
