Welcome to ArtBizJam. We host for professional artists a yearly art business retreat including networking and business advise by gift industry professionals on growing your business.
These Terms of Use set forth the binding legal agreement between you and ArtBizJam and governs your use of www.artbizjam.com and any goods, services or information available on the site. By using this website, you are indicating your acceptance to be bound by the terms of this Terms of Use Agreement.
ArtBizJam may revise the Terms of Use Agreement at any time by updating this page.
Our Content and Materials:
A. All intellectual property related to the ArtBizJam website is the property of ArtBizJam, Phyllis Dobbs and Lori Siebert.
B. Subject to these Terms of Use Agreement, including the restrictions below, we grant you the use and access of our content and materials in connection with learning more about ArtBizJam for your personal business non-commercial use. We may terminate this use at any time.
C. Except as expressly provided in these Terms, you agree not to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise exploit Our Content and Materials without our express written permission.
D. Ownership. You acknowledge and agree that ArtBizJam website and services will remain the property of ArtBizJam.
E. Intellectual Property.The content, information and services made available on the website are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other laws, and you acknowledge that these rights are valid and enforceable. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by using ArtBizJam. No content on the ArtBizJam website may be used without prior consent in any manner.
F. Indemnification. You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold ArtBizJam and representatives, harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees), and other expenses that arise directly or indirectly out of or from: (a) your breach of any part of this agreement, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy; (b) any allegation that any materials you submit to us or transmit to ArtBizJam infringe or otherwise violate the copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property or other rights of any third party; (c) your negligent or willful misconduct.
G. Registration and User Information. ArtBizJam will require that you register and provide ArtBizJam with certain information including, name, mailing address and a valid e-mail address (your “User Information”) and other information if you attend the ArtBizJam retreat and/or sign up for newsletters. ArtBizJam will never disclose to any third party your name, mailing address, e-mail address or telephone number without your prior consent except as provided in these Terms of Use (and Privacy Policy), to the extent necessary or appropriate to comply with applicable laws or in legal proceedings where such information is relevant.
H. Nothing on the Website shall be considered an endorsement, representation or warranty with respect to any User or third party, whether in regards to its web, Website, products, services, experience, or otherwise.
I. No Resale or Unauthorized Use. You agree not to resell or assign Your rights or obligations under these Term and Conditions. You also agree not to make any unauthorized use of the Website.
